This feature allows you to save a Key Authentication Certificate to facilitate data exchange.

 

SFTP (SSH File Transfer Protocol or Secure File Transfer Protocol) provides encryption and security for data transmissions to another server. 

 

SFTP can be required by a company your entrée system interfaces with for electronic data exchange, like an export of invoice or purchasing data. 

 

 To get the SFTP Key ask the company you will be interfacing with for the data exchange.

 

1. Use menu path:  System ribbon menu > System Preferences > System Options tab >click the Additional Features drop down menu > SFTP Key Authentication.

 

2. Click the Configure button.

 

3. Click the Import button.

 

4. The Key Authentication Certificate dialog will open.

 

5. Find and select your Key Authentication Certificate which should be stored in your entrée necs_shared folder.

 

 

6. Find and select the certificate and click Open.

 

7. The Key Certificate field will store your key certificate number.

 

8. Click OK to save.
