Setting this option to enabled allows users to view the base cost of items in the information panel of the invoicing window.

 

•Access to view the base cost while invoicing may be restricted, on a per user basis, with the Hide cost information in File Maintenance and Invoicing miscellaneous password option.

•Users that have the Allow editing of Base Cost (F4) in invoicing miscellaneous password option enabled will be able to view the base cost of the item, regardless of the value of this setting.
