Holidays feature implementation benefits:

1.Create/Change Invoice has holiday warnings.
2.Defining the holidays allows entrée to automatically calculate the holiday's date which means that little or no ongoing maintenance is required from year to year.
3.The entrée system uses holiday information to provide warnings in Invoicing. When attempting to create an invoice with an Invoice Date which falls on a holiday the "Holidays" feature will display a "Non-Working Day" warning message to your order entry people and your customers.

 

For Columbus Day the message for Invoice Date would say:

 

Non-Working Day

October 12th the company will be closed for Columbus day. Do you wish to proceed with this Invoice date anyway?
