The system-wide settings fields are used to identify the telephone number of the line that will be used for faxing as well any special digits that should be used when dialing out.

 

 

•Enter the telephone number of the fax line in the Station ID field.

 

•If a Dialing Prefix is required to gain access to an outside line (typically 9), enter it in the Master field of the Dialing Prefix section.

 

•If a prefix is required to dial in state toll calls (typically 1), enter it in the In-State field of the Dialing Prefix section.

 

•If a prefix is required to dial out of state toll calls (typically 1), enter it in the Out-of-State field of the Dialing Prefix section.
