Report groups are subsets of data on the report.

 

•The data columns specified in the Grouped By list box will determine the report grouping.

 

•The first data column in the list represents the highest level of report grouping. Each subsequent data column listed in the grouped by list box will be a subset of the previous data column group.

 

•Totals and averages will print below each group, if applicable.

 

•Up to 4 data columns may be used in grouping the report data.

 

•Unlike Data Rows, a data column can appear in both the report grouping and sorting list box.
