The System ribbon menu System Reports section is used to access the Ré4 Control Panel report generation feature and the Security Accounts report feature.

 

Security Accounts

The Security Accounts option in the System ribbon menu System Reports section is used to generate a report of user accounts in entrée. The screen used to generate the report is the familiar Ré4 Control Panel reporting utility which is covered in the next section of this chapter.

 

 

Miscellaneous Options

 

Account selection drop down menu:

▪User accounts - Only use user accounts for report.

▪Group accounts - Only use group accounts for report.

▪Use all available data

 

Exclude Options

▪Exclude deleted accounts

▪Exclude disabled accounts

 

Report Options

▪When printing a user account, list user's group information.

▪When printing a group account, list the group's members.

 

In the Security Accounts report example below the Account selection we choose was "Use all available data".
