Some reports such as order forms and price lists may be "batch" emailed. This allows you to generate these reports at a scheduled point during the week or month. You can even let them generate overnight if you have a large customer base. This section highlights the differences to note when batch emailing a report.

 

1.Only customers that have the Authorized for batch email option enabled, which is located on the Miscellaneous tab in the options lists on the right in Customer Maintenance, will be "batch emailed".

 

2.Do not enter any email address in the To: field of the mail editor dialog. Ré4 will automatically fill in the To: address using the primary email account in the customer file information section in the top left.
