The customer information area displays the customer's address as defined in the customer file. This area will also display the first contact name as well as the company phone number and the ID of the salesperson assigned to the account.

 

•To load a customer, enter the customer number in the customer number field and press the Enter key.

•If the customer number is not known, click the search button for the Customer Search screen.
