The customer item inquiry utility allows users to view all the products a particular customer is buying.

 

•Key information like last quantity purchased, last price, and last purchase date is conveniently displayed in the Item Grid.

 

•Some salespeople use the customer item inquiry to take orders over the phone. Salespeople can clearly see the last time the item was purchased and how much that customer paid for it.

 

•Additional information for the selected item, such as the current price is displayed in the Item Information Area at the bottom of the customer item inquiry window.

 

•Clicking the Expand Grid button will enlarge the item grid to fill the entire customer item inquiry window. This allows salespeople to see more items at once, without having to scroll up or down in the item grid.

 

•Click the Close button to close the window.
