Here are some ideas of different things to check when you are experiencing network issues:

 

•Wires:  be sure all network wires are securely plugged into the back of the computer and the wall

•Router: have someone check your router to make sure all wires are securely plugged in

•Router: have someone check the ports on the router, sometimes these ports go bad and no longer work

•Server: reboot your server.  Sometimes a simple server reboot is all that is needed
