NECS now offers an easy way for you to
get support for our products. A member of our support
team has guided you to this page to allow them access
to your computer to view and/or correct any problems remotely.
The remote access service is provided by a highly
trusted provider called Venti
Solutions. Venti's services are based on LANDesk Software, an industry
leading enterprise IT solutions provider with millions of users worldwide.
Similar to GoToMyPC except you do not need to download, install and configure
the software.
Please follow the on screen instructions after clicking
launch. Make sure your NECS support member is aware you are logging
in.
