When your sales staff needs a simple tool to enter customer orders and check inventory, our entrée.PDA software module is the perfect solution. PDA's (Personal Data Assistants) are inexpensive and many models also are used as cell phones.

Also, they are more compact to carry around than a laptop and simple to use. The entrée.PDA software will have your sales staff speeding through orders with great accuracy, so much faster than they could ever do with pen and paper.

And because they work with cell phone service, simply touch the transmit button, and the customers order will be immediately transmitted to your NECS entrée server at your office.

entrée.PDA runs with the Pocket PC operating system (2003 or later preferred) making it run on a wide variety of PDA's. It can also work with barcode scanners to further speed order entry. It comes in both English and Spanish versions and has the ability to print receipts. A customers signature can be captured and stored for transmission back to your company's office.

Here is an example of how quickly your sales staff can enter an order:

First they select the customer. They can do this by either typing the first letter of the customers name, or using the scroll bar.


Next they can choose to use "Quick Entry". This is appropriate when there is a barcode scanner attached or the sales rep knows the item number.


Orders can also be placed using inventory search screens and the standard order method. Credit items can also be entered. Entering data is fast and very intuitive.




After the order is entered, a delivery date can be assigned as well as capturing the customers signature.
