Your Item Catalog
Your complete Price List or Catalog is available for your customers to view, print, and search for items. An extensive amount of information can be displayed or disabled, if you choose. Item information can include pictures, brand names, units of measure, pack sizes, UPC numbers, and comprehensive item notes, which can be edited. You can even specify a website link for an item, giving you the ability to provide your customer with that many more details, like nutritional information or the manufacturer’s website. Of course, item pricing can be disabled from your catalog.

Order Entry
The most obvious aspect of entrée.NET is online order entry. In version 3, we’ve updated and streamlined the process, making it faster for your customers, while also providing tools to make it easier too. Using their sales history and standard order, we’ve made it easier for them to remember all the items that they’ll need.

Order Guides
Version 3 includes an improved Order Guide section which will aid your customers in entering their orders by allowing them to define different custom guides. Now “Bill To” master accounts can create custom Order Guides for all or individual “Ship To” accounts.
Newly designed user friendly screens will allow your customers and salespeople to submit orders with minimal effort. Customers can now create custom categories to group items together for their order guides.

Sale Items
Everyone loves a special and entrée.NET makes them easy for your customers to find and take advantage of them. You can define “featured specials” which will appear on your company’s main web page (with an NECS designed site). Customers can view an informative list of all your specials, as well as see specials as they enter their orders. Specials can also be automatically emailed to your customers.

Account Overview
“How much do I owe you”? “Did you receive my last payment”? “Did you process my return for a credit”? Since account status information will be available to customers on one convenient screen, they’ll now be able to determine the answers to these questions on their own. Customers will be able to view open invoices and payment dates and will have access to information including invoice dates, invoice numbers, invoice statuses, invoice amounts, payments, credits, last payment dates and check numbers. |

View Scanned Invoices
“I never received that invoice!” “I need all my signed invoices from last year!”
If you use entrée®.DOC our document scanning system, to scan your signed invoices, then your customers can view and print all their scanned invoices from the last 13 months, with entrée.NET. This feature eliminates the burden of searching for; printing and sending requested invoices to your customers.

Reporting
Your customers will have 13 months of sales history that they can use to generate their own reports. Version 3 of entrée.NET provides a complete sales history, including orders entered via entrée.NET, orders entered in your office, and orders entered via entrée®.DSR (the laptop order entry system for your sales reps). Previous versions of entrée.NET only allowed you to view the sales history for orders placed online. Reporting in version 3 is also improved by having more report options, while making the generation of reports both faster and easier. Customers can also choose to have their reports generated as Excel spreadsheets or PDF files.
Your customers have an easy to use Report Configuration screen to customize and save the style of report they prefer. They can select the date range, select which columns they would like to see and it what order, choose filters, and select how the report sorts and subtotals.

Six Easy Steps To Enter An Order:
What is it like for your customer to enter an order with entrée®.NET? There are many options and features that customers can choose when creating an order. However, the following six steps will outline how easy it is, even for someone with very basic computer knowledge:
STEP 1. Login to entrée.NET using the assigned Username and Password.
STEP 2. Click on the Standard Order tab. All of the items the customer normally orders will appear.
STEP 3. Need to search for an item? Just select what you want to search (Description, Class, Brand or Item Number) and enter the search text.
STEP 4. Enter the quantity required for each item.You can also use the up/down arrow icons to increase/decrease the quantity.
As quantities are entered, the shopping cart to the right shows the ordered items.
STEP 5. Enter (or use the calendar tool) the Requested Delivery Date in the shopping cart.
STEP 6. Click the Complete Order button in the shopping cart.
The order is then sent into your main entrée® software and the customer will receive an email confirming their ordered items.

Three Options To Purchase entrée.NET
We realize that not all NECS customers have the same needs. If you already have a website that you’re satisfied with, entrée.NET is designed to work with your existing site. However, if you do not have a website or have been considering upgrading the look and features of your current website, entrée.NET can still accommodate you. We appreciate that you may not be interested in all the features entrée.NET offers, or that you may be interested in a website that just showcases your catalog and specials.
In order to address these different needs, NECS currently offers three options for entrée.NET:
Option 1. Website Only: This option is ideal for distributors that only want a nice looking website featuring a “Catalog” and “Specials” page. NECS will create your website but give you the ability to make the changes. You’ll have the ability to change images, update the content of your “Welcome,” “About Us,” “Contact,” and “Directions” pages. You will be able to automatically post your inventory list and specials, from your NECS entrée® software, directly to your website, as often as you’d like. Customers viewing your website will not have the other functions that entrée.NET offers, such as entering orders, but you will still be able to upgrade, at a later date, and have all the features of entrée.NET.
Option 2. entrée.NET only: This option is perfect for distributors that already have a website and are satisfied with its design and layout. NECS will work with your web developer, providing the link information so that an “Enter Order” link can be created on the existing site. When a customer clicks on this link, they will be directed to a “login” screen where they can enter their username and password. This option can also accommodate you if you’re not interested in a promotional website, and simply want to give your customers access to a login screen where they can enter orders and manage their account.
Option 3. Website and all entrée.NET features: If you want all the features entrée.NET provides, but don’t currently have a website, or already have a website but would like to update its look with an NECS created site, this is the option that would best suit your needs.
