        NECS would like to welcome you to our newly redesigned website at NECS.com. We have spent several months developing the new site to be more valuable to you.
        
        If you are an NECS customer, with an up-to-date software maintenance agreement, you can post messages, and create new discussion topics in this forum. Otherwise, the user forum is read-only for the general public.
        
        We have also designed the forum to be moderated by our staff. Any new topics or messages posted by our customers will be reviewed before it is approved for public use. This will ensure that you will find only the highest quality, most relevant content in our forums.
