The Print by "Scan" option utilizes the Loading Sheet bar codes for entrée.UPC to allow the user to select which invoices to print by scanning the Loading Sheets once they've been returned from the warehouse.

 

•If you select "Scan" and click "OK" an input window will open.

•Now you will scan the "Invoice Number" bar code of each document to build up a list of invoices to be printed.

•Once you have scanned all the Loading Sheets click "OK" and the list is passed off to the print process.

 

You must have the entrée.UPC barcode scanning add-on module to use this option.
