Select this option if you want entrée to print only documents assigned to a given route number.

 

•Enter the route or routes to print in the field to the right of the print by field.

 

•Multiple routes can be printed at once by separating each one with a comma.  

 

•A range of routes can be printed if they are separated by a dash.

 

•The setting of the Print "Unprinted" only option, located in the Limitations area will determine whether all invoices or only unprinted invoices, for the specified route(s) are sent to the printer.  

 

Printing by Route is not available when working with sales orders.
