If this option is selected, entrée will initialize the line item grid under the assumption that every item on the purchase order was received in full.

 

This is the recommended selection for the default quantities, as only the items that were not received in full will need quantity adjustments.

 

The received weight values for catchweight items will be initialized using the item's average weight as defined in the inventory file.

 

The received weight values for items with a unit of measure set to LB. will be initialized with the quantity ordered and displayed in the quantity received column of the line item grid.

 

The formula used to calculate the quantity received is Quantity Ordered - Quantity Received. However, if the result of the calculation is less than 0.00 then the quantity received will be initialized to 0.00.

 

The formula used to calculate the weight received is Weight Ordered - Weight Received. However, if the result of the calculation is less than 0.00 then the weight received will be initialized to 0.00.

 

If the user selects this option after the Receive by Exception option has been selected for the purchase order, entrée will display the following warning "This will recalculate ALL received quantities Are you sure?".

 

Click the Yes button to continue the default quantities change.

Click the No button to abort.
