Typically if a distributor needs to track/maintain DHEC information for a particular product the same information must be printed on a label and physically attached to the product before it can be sold. This process allows shellfish products to be properly tracked in case they need to be recalled.

 

If DHEC information is entered for the lot being received, entrée will prompt the user to print the DHEC labels at the time of receipt.

 

Upon clicking the Yes button the Report Setup dialog will be displayed.

Click the No button if DHEC labels do not need to be printed.

 

The default selected printer will be the one that was assigned to Labels on the Printers tab of System Preferences. To change the default printer click the Properties button.

 

The number of Copies will default to the number of units that were physically received, but it can be changed if needed.

 

To start the printing of the DHEC labels click the OK button.

 

Click the Cancel button to bypass the printing of DHEC labels.
