Selecting this option will instruct entrée to save the purchase order to a file.

 

To save as a PDF file:

When using this option you must select the Adobe PDF option in the Name drop down list.

The output is saved as a PDF file in the folder you have designated. The file can be read using the free Adobe Reader software you probably already have on your computer.

 

To save as a Text file:

If you would like to save the document to a text file, you will have to setup a generic text printer in Windows.
