Print to File

Enable this option to send the printer commands to a data file or you can create an Adobe PDF file by following the instructions below.

Data File

The resulting data file is not a readable text file, however this is the standard method of file printing in windows. Only enable this option when exporting the printer commands to a file for future use.

How to generate and save a PDF file

1. For the Printer Name select Adobe PDF from the drop down menu.

2. Check the Print to file option.

3. Click OK.

4. The Browse for Folder dialog will open select a location for the file on your computer or network.

You can select the necs_shared data folder so all system users can access the PDF file.

Once you have made your folder selection and click OK.

5. The Statements PDF file will now print to the selected necs_shared folder.

6. Open the Statement PDF file in the Adobe Reader software and you can view or print the file.
