The account aging area is used to specify the aging periods when grouping outstanding invoices.

 

Comments may be attached to one or more of the aging periods by specifying the appropriate comment code in the edit area to the right of the aging period.

When the statement is generate the comment attached to the oldest qualifying aging period, for the customer, will be used.

The numeric value of each aging period is saved upon clicking the OK button. However, the values are stored globally, so it is possible another user may modify one or more of the saved values, either from the Print Statements utility or the Accounts Receivable report.
