Select this option to increase level prices that are based on a dollar amount over cost by the specified percentage.

 

•Level prices that are based on a markup percentage will not be affected when selecting this option.

•Selecting this option will multiply the existing dollar float by the specified percentage amount and add the result to the float amount of the level price.

 

Consider the following item, with a current floating value of $3.00 over a cost of $15.00, resulting in a level price value of $18.00.

 

•If the Increase Price by field was set to 25.0%, the new float for the item would become $3.75 and the new level price would become $18.75.

•If the Change by ($) was set to -10.0%, the new float for the item would become $2.70 and the new level price would become $17.70.
