The record control is used to assist in the positioning of the manufacturer file.  

 

•It is located in the lower left hand corner of the manufacturer file maintenance window.

 

•It displays the total number of manufacturers in the manufacturer file and has a series of 4 buttons.

 

 

 

From left to right the buttons are:

 

•First Record - Load to the first record in the inventory file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the inventory file is already loaded.

•Prior Record - Load the previous record in the inventory file. This button will be disabled if the first record in the inventory file is already loaded.

•Current record # of Total records #

 

•Next Record - Load the next record in the inventory file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the inventory file is already loaded.

• Last Record - Load the last record in the inventory file. This button will be disabled if the last record in the inventory file is already loaded.
