The buttons in the lower portion of the Lot Warehouse Location window allow you to perform actions such as adding and deleting a lot location. You can also cancel or apply pending changes to the lot location file. A description of each button is as follows.

 

Add

Click this button to insert a new lot location into the lot locations file.

 

Delete

Click this button to delete the currently loaded lot location from the lot locations file.

 

OK

Click this button to close the Lot Warehouse Locations window and return to the Inventory ribbon menu. Any pending changes for the currently loaded lot location will be saved when the OK button is clicked.

 

Cancel

Click this button to close the Lot Warehouse Locations window and return to the Inventory ribbon menu. Any pending changes for the currently loaded lot location will be discarded when the Cancel button is clicked.

 

Apply

Click this button to save any pending changes for the currently loaded lot location. Use the Apply button to save changes without closing the Lot Warehouse Locations window.

 

Item Description Area

The item description area is located in the bottom left corner of the Lot Warehouse Locations window.

 

•The field displays a description of the currently selected item in the lot location item grid.

 

•The description field is read only and cannot be edited from the Lot Warehouse Locations window.
