Recalculate Inventory On Hand Options

 

•Recalculate allocations - Default option to make sure the allocated quantities in the inventory file are correct.

 

•Recalculate On Hand Totals - Optionally you can select to recalculate on hand quantities for items that are lot based only by checking this option.

 

•Recalculate On Hand values in Lots - If the on hand quantities for lot based items are being recalculated, optionally you can select to recalculate the on hand value for items that are lot based by checking this option.

 

 

 

•Click OK and a Progress dialog will display the current progress of the recalculation routine. When the utility completes the user will be returned to the entrée application window.

 

 

NECS strongly recommends all users are out of the entrée system, when this utility is run.

•This will ensure the data integrity is not compromised by another user, accessing one or more of the data files while the operation is being performed.
