The Ship Qty (ship quantity) column displays the number of units of product you are shipping to the customer.

 

•Enter the number of units of product that you will be shipping to the customer in this column.

 

•If the item's unit of measure is set to LB., the value in this column is ignored by entrée.

• You can use the drop down buttons to increase or decrease the ship quantity.

 

•The Ship Qty column is not displayed when the edit mode is set to Credits or Standard Order.

 

•The Ship Qty column is not displayed when working with Credit Memos or Sales Orders.
