The Order Qty (order quantity) column displays the number of units of product the customer would like to receive.

 

•Enter the number of units of product the customer wishes to receive in this column.

 

•If the item's unit of measure is set to LB., you will enter the number of pounds the customer wishes to receive.

• Optionally, you can use the drop down buttons to increase or decrease the value in the order qty column.

 

•The Order Qty column is not presented when the edit mode is set to Credits or when working with Credit Memos.
