There may be an instance where you wish to go back and modify some of the information on one of your line items. To edit a line item, select the item to modify and press the Enter key.

 

•You will be able to edit the same columns that were available when you added the item to the line item grid.

 

•Pressing the Escape key cancels the edit process.

 

•If entrée has determined that a Sale Price is applicable to the item you added to the invoice grid the sale price is inserted into the Unit Price field.

•When a Sale Price is applied to a newly-added item that Sale Price is immediately attached to the line item. This allows the Sale Price to be saved even if the editing operation on the line item is canceled.
