This field allows you to select the division or department that will be placing the order.

 

The Divisional Billing option is useful if you sell to a chain of grocery stores or restaurants that require that departments in the chain purchase only product that is authorized for their department.

 

The Divisional Billing option must be enabled in the Customer ribbon menu Customer file Miscellaneous Tab for the customer to use this feature. See the Customer file Miscellaneous 1 tab section of this guide for more information.

Click the drop down button and choose the appropriate department code from the list box.

 

This feature is not available when working with Sales Orders.
