A predefined comment can be attached to the item, by entering the comment code of the comment to attach in this field.

 

•If a comment code is assigned to the item the comment will be printed on the invoice and loading sheet whenever a customer purchases the item.

 

•Comments and the comment code are maintained using the comment file maintenance utility.
