The entrée lot system provides a means of better tracking inventory movements and costs.

 

•If an item has the Track by Lot option enabled, the Lots tab will be visible for the item.

 

•The Lots tab displays pertinent information about each lot that has ever been purchased. However, if Purge Zero Lots option is enabled, when closing the current period some of the lot history will be lost.

 

 

 

•Sales

Click a lot number and in the sales/receipt section below select the desired tab to view those transactions for the selected lot. The Sales tab provides you with the invoice numbers and customers who bought from the lot.

 

•Receipt

The Receipt tab provides you with the information about the P.O. where the lot item was ordered.

 

 

•Inventory Tab

For Lot Items only the Inventory Tab will show the Lot Hold Customers Info section.
