The route fields are used to pre-define the default truck route for the customer's deliveries.

 

Up to 5 characters may be entered in each of the route fields and may contain any combination of characters and numbers, but special characters such as spaces, commas, and dashes should not be used.

 

Enter the truck route that the customer's order will be delivered on, for each day of the week that they normally receive a delivery.

 

The Standard delivery day acts as a fall back, should the customer place an order for a day of the week where no route information had been defined.

 

Many entrée reports can optionally display the customer's route for any given day of the week.

 

Many entrée reports can optionally filter the results based on the day of the week the customer receives a delivery.

 

Information specified for the default route information is just a default value and can be overridden either in the invoicing system or by using the Assign Route Number utility.

 

Double-click the Route field and a drop down menu of available routes will display for you to make your selection.
